Terms and Conditions

 

All sales are subject to the following trading terms. These terms and conditions do not affect the customers statutory rights.

 

Definitions:

The “Seller” or “ Merchant”  means HAFIXS Industrial Products.

The “Buyer” or “Customer”  means the person or company who buys or orders a product(s) from the Seller.

Security:

When an order is placed via our website, the information provided for payment is encrypted on a secure server with the card processing company Worldpay.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Worldpay systems are encrypted using SSL certificates. No cardholders information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent over the internet to Worldpay are signed using a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Worldpay's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Privacy Policy: 

The information that you provide is used to process the order you place and not for any other reason. 

Payment:  

When WORLDPAY have processed the Buyers payment a copy of the order together with authorised confirmation or failed confirmation will be sent to both the Seller and the Buyer via the email address provided.  

Disclosure:

WORLDPAY do not pass the buyers payment details on to the Seller or to any other third party.

Disputed Payment : 

If the Buyer disputes the payment and a chargeback is made to the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for the immediate payment of the amount, if the amount remains outstanding after 14 days the debt will accrue interest at a rate of 25% above the bank base rate and without any further notice the matter will be placed with our legal representatives when you will also be expected to pay any costs that might be incurred to recovery.    

Prices:

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs.

Dispatch Time:

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of receiving your order. Orders received during a weekend or after 12.00 midday may not be processed until next working day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given a dispatch date. 

Delivery: 

U.K. : Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Signedfor 2nd or 1st Class according to which has been selected when an order is placed.

Overseas : Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Delivery Charges to UK Addresses:

Delivery to UK addresses 1st Class is charged at £5.90 and 30p for each additional Item. For large orders please contact us as we may be able to do special postage rates.
Delivery to UK addresses 2nd Class is charged at £4.80 and 30p for each additional Item. For large orders please contact us as we may be able to do special postage rates.

Delivery Charges to Non-UK Addresses: 

Delivery Charges to Addresses in Republic of Ireland are charged at £15.60 and 60p for each additional item. For large orders please contact us as we may be able to do special postage rates.

Delivery Charges to all other EU Addresses are charged at £17.30 and 60p for each additional item.  For large orders please contact us as we may be able to do special postage rates.

Delivery Charges to Addresses in Australia are charged at £25.75 and 60p for each additional item. For large orders please contact us as we may be able to do special postage rates.

Delivery Charges to all other Non-UK/EU Addresses are charged at £34.30 and 60p for each additional item.  For large orders please contact us as we may be able to do special postage rates.

Custom Duties / VAT - Non-UK Mainland destination of delivery 

Any local charges due at the destination are the responsibility of purchaser/recipient of goods ordered.

Damaged Items or Items Lost in Post:  

Damaged Items or orders lost in the post will be replaced. Damaged Items must be returned to us immediately for inspection. Before repacking for posting, please secure damaged products by placing them into a polythene bag. Postage will be refunded. Orders lost in the post. Orders not received must be reported to the seller within seven days.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched into the Royal Mail system.

Returning Goods:

You can return the goods to us within 28 days of purchase. The items must arrive back to us complete and in good condition. The cost of the goods will be refunded. Postage will be at your own expense. 

Intellectual Property:

Patents, Trademarks, Design and Copyrights remain the property of this company and may not be used without permission given in writing.
